We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with the coins you received for any reason, you can return them—no questions asked.
Delivery-Day Based Return Policy
Our return policy is based on the day your order is delivered, not the purchase date, so you have enough time to inspect your coins.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
If an order is delayed in transit, we’ll take that into account and adjust the return period accordingly.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Return them in the original packaging, if possible
- Include your order number or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@wowhobby.com. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
There are no restocking fees, and return shipping is free for domestic orders.

Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually appear within 3–7 business days

International Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds on international orders.
Please double-check product descriptions and details before placing an international order.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, email us at hello@wowhobby.com with a description and photos. In rare cases involving faulty products, we may approve a return on a case-by-case basis.
